Shipping

Orders are processed within one to three business days. Once shipped, most Canadian orders arrive within three to seven business days.

Within Canada, shipping is complimentary on orders over $150 CAD. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout. We also ship internationally — international rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our hands.

Order tracking & changes

Tracking is included in your shipping confirmation. If you need to update an address, swap a piece, or cancel an order, please email us within twenty-four hours of placing it. After that window we cannot guarantee changes, but we will always do our best.

Care

Each piece is made to last. To keep it that way:

  • Textiles — wash cold, line dry where possible. Avoid harsh detergents.
  • Wood — dust often, avoid direct sun, condition seasonally with a natural oil.
  • Ceramics & glass — hand wash to preserve glazes and finishes.
  • Metals — wipe with a soft cloth; tarnish lifts with a gentle polish.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes — we ship internationally. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Within Canada, shipping is complimentary on orders over $150 CAD.

Can I return an item?
Yes — within thirty days of delivery, free of charge. Full return policy here.

Is gift wrapping available?
A complimentary handwritten card is included with any order on request — leave a note at checkout.

I received a damaged piece. What now?
Email us a photo within seven days of delivery and we will make it right, no return required.
