Return Policy

We want every piece to feel right in your home. If it doesn’t, returns are simple — and on us.

The basics

You have thirty days from the day your order is delivered to begin a return. We cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with original packaging where applicable.

How to return

Email us at veensthelabel.ca@gmail.com with your order number and the piece you would like to return. We will reply with a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day. Once your return arrives back to us, your refund is processed to the original payment method within five to seven business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size, finish, or piece? Email us — we will hold the new item for you and process the exchange the moment your return is on its way.

What can’t be returned

Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. These are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

Damaged or defective

If a piece arrives damaged or doesn’t meet our standards, please email a photograph within seven days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
